One scoop.
Daily.

The most effective supplement routine is the one you actually follow. We made it as simple as possible.

Mix

Add one scoop to the beverage of your choice — water, juice, coffee, a smoothie, or even your breakfast bowl. Unflavored, it fits anywhere in your routine.

Build

Probiotics activate from day one. Creatine saturates over 7–14 days. Both compound with consistency.

Sustain

No loading phase. No complicated protocol. Daily use is all you need — the effects build over time.

Two best friends.
One big idea.

We're Klara and Evelina — best friends from a small, idyllic archipelago town on the west coast of Sweden. We always had big dreams, just not ones that looked particularly conventional.

Evelina began her career in design, but over time found her way into health and wellness — becoming a certified personal trainer, nutrition advisor, and pilates instructor. Klara moved to New York to pursue ballet, joined the circus in Ulaanbaatar (yes, really), and eventually studied acting.

Different paths. The same drive. A friendship that never wavered.

synæra came together when the timing finally matched for both of us. We wanted to build something honest — a product we'd actually use ourselves, backed by science, with nothing added for the sake of it. Neuroflora is that product. It won't be our last.

We launched with 200 bags. Not more. It's an intentional choice — we want the first customers to be part of something real, not a mass-market launch. We have no reviews yet. That's honest. What we do have is the science behind the ingredients, full transparency about what's in the bag, and a genuine commitment to doing right by the 200 people who choose to try us.

If you're one of them — thank you. Your feedback shapes what comes next.

Common questions

Creatine is one of the most researched compounds in human nutrition — with over 500 peer-reviewed studies. While it's often associated with sport, the benefits extend far beyond: sharper cognitive function, improved working memory, and sustained mental energy throughout the day. Your brain uses ATP (cellular energy) just like your muscles do — creatine replenishes that supply.

The probiotics begin working from day one — most people notice gut changes within the first week. Creatine takes 7–14 days of daily use to fully saturate muscle and brain tissue. After two weeks, the effects of both compound together. Consistency is the only variable that matters.

One scoop daily into the beverage of your choice — water, juice, coffee, a smoothie, or even your breakfast bowl. Unflavored, so it works with whatever you already drink or eat. No loading phase needed. Just one scoop, once a day, consistently.

That's a fair question and we respect it. This is our first drop — we have no customer reviews to show you yet. What we do have is the clinical science behind both ingredients (available on our Science page), full ingredient transparency, and lab testing for heavy metals and contaminants on every batch. Produced in Sweden under strict quality standards. We believe in letting the science speak before the marketing does.

Drop 001 is intentionally small. We want to learn from real customers before scaling. Every person who buys from this drop gets a personal message from us asking for their honest feedback — that feedback shapes Drop 002. If we sell out, you can join the waitlist for the next drop.

neuroflora is creatine for women — and the probiotic that supports the body it works in. two ingredients, made in sweden, designed for women who choose deliberately.

creatine monohydrate at the established 3 to 5g dose. women have naturally lower creatine stores than men — around 70 to 80% — which means the relative benefit of supplementing may be greater for us, not smaller. it supports energy production in every cell, including muscles and mind.

we combined it with a clinically studied probiotic strain. more than 90% of the body's serotonin is produced in the gut, and research suggests gut balance may play a role in immunity, digestion, and how you feel day to day.

unflavored. no fillers. no sweeteners. no loading phase. nothing your body doesn't need.
